Cameron was Sarah and Henry's mistake child. After having Alexia in 1970, they had more or less decided to call it quits on the child-bearing front. But when Sarah found out she was pregnant in mid-1976, they were all too happy (albeit a little shocked) to discover they had a boy on the way.
