1893: Ludivine, admist an apprenticeship as a seamstress, suggests to her younger sister, Mathilde, that they open a clothes designing business.
1894: These plans come to fruition, shortly before Ludivine's 21st birthday, and De Lorme Weddings is officially formed in November of 1894.

1927: Questions are raised by the family when Louisa begins to put on weight. Later in the year, media attention is drawn to the business when it is discovered Louisa is both a prostitute and expecting a child as a result of her undisclosed side-job. Her younger sister, Odette, takes over her position, and begins to train with her aunt and cousin.

1944: Shortly before Mathilde De Lorme dies, desperate, her nephew comes to an agreement with her that will allow his daughter, Delphine, to be trained by Pascale. Mathilde agrees.

1974: The second fourth generation co-owner, Mathilde Devereux-De Lorme (the original Mathilde's grand-daughter) is born to Genevieve Devereux-De Lorme and Armand DeBlois.
